BINS MINOR is the "basic" solution for purification and final finishing of shellfish. It consists of a water collecting BINS and filter, which feeds one or more stocking BINS.

The purification system is made up of an efficient and practical technical equipment, that can be connected to one or more of the fishing product processing baths, situated in the sales area, near the system.
Optional:
Pre-filtering biological mechanical filter with a selector valve, filled with quartz-bearing sand and active carbons.
Result:
minimum maintenance and cleaning of shellfish purification plant.
Protein Skimmer:
Inside the skimmer the selective flotation takes place, the separation between the organic substances and water. Organic substances, foams, and albumins rise to the upper part of the skimmer.
Then they fall down through a pipe into a cylindrical container fitted with an automatic sprinkler, programmed by a timer which, approximately every 30 seconds, dissolves the foams and albumins into waste which flows directly into the sewer system, while the water falling to the bottom of the protein skimmer, through a siphon system, can circulate without foams and remain perfectly clean.

U.V.-rays sterilisation with Teflon pipes has achieved important results in waste water purification. Teflon pipes are self-cleaning, the same transparency of U.V.-rays, virtually indestructible. The liquid to be purified flows in the Teflon pipes in a whirling motion that can destroy every single bacteria.

Bins Minor:
Shellfish processing bath situated in the sales area, near the purification and cleaning system, connected to the BINS MINOR plant through an hydraulic pipe.

The size of the bath can be adapted to the needs of the client; one or more panels can create different spaces for the fishing product with independent water collection and sewage outlet.
Sliding lids covering the "open" surface of the bath can supplied on request.
