Gondola |
A plant for removing sand and maintaining shellfish. This set-up is particularly intended for wholesalers due to its easy management and minimum daily maintenance. The tank water is homogenously oxygenated thanks to the "Venturi system" underneath, while the innovative sterilisation system, using UV lamps and Teflon tubes, guarantees the elimination of germs and bacteria that might limit the life span of the fish product. Thus the shellfish remain alive and healthy until the moment of consumption in a clean and hygienic environment.
