This set-up can provide a beautiful display of shellfish in water as well as "in the dry". The water in the display tank is homogenously oxygenated thanks to the " Venturi system" underneath, while the innovative sterilisation system, using UV lamps and Teflon tubes, guarantees the elimination of germs and bacteria that might otherwise limit the life span of the fish product. The shellfish are thus kept healthy in a hygienic and clean environment until the moment of consumption. Meanwhile in the refrigerated stainless steel chamber, the shellfish are maintained at a controlled temperature.
