A plant for shellfish, particularly intended for wholesalers and importers. Three tanks made entirely of a double layer of crush-proof, strong insulating fibreglass. Laid on top of one another, the top two tanks are fitted with non-slip edges. The water in the tanks is homogenously oxygenated thanks to the "Venturi system", while the innovative sterilisation system, using UV lamps and Teflon tubes, guarantees the elimination of germs and bacteria that might otherwise limit the life span of the fish product. It is easy to manage and requires minimum maintenance.
