Intended for large distributors as well as restaurants. The tank water is homogenously oxygenated thanks to the "Venturi system", while the innovative sterilisation system, using UV lamps and Teflon tubes, guarantees the elimination of germs and bacteria that might otherwise limit the life span of the fish product.
It has a tubular support structure and panelling made entirely of satin stainless 316 (rustproof in salt water), Thus we have a plant with a minimalist and modern design which is ideal for public open spaces.

Storage : 180kg of lobsters or 100 kg . of lobster crabs. |
