Superior is the evolution of the standard Riccio di Mare model, developed to cater for the needs of fishmongery operators and restaurants wishing to create a special corner for seafood products, using technical, functional and display elements that guarantee that they are always available and kept alive, healthy and just as fresh as when they were fished.
The technical equipment is positioned above the tank on a structure in electropolished stainless steel resistant to rust and corrosion, reducing the space occupied but at the same time ensuring the extreme efficiency, functionality and easy operating features of the system.
