Venezia Fresh and Venezia

Venezia is a solution specifically developed for the conditioning of salt cod and stockfish in full view.
Compliant with health and hygiene regulations on controlled water temperature, Venezia has an automatic device for water drainage when the preset temperature is reached, allowing it to be replaced with fresh water.
Venezia can also be supplied in an open-circuit version, the ideal solution for keeping eels, without a cooling system and the automatic drainage device, but with a display tank fitted with an internal edging profile to prevent eels from escaping.
The system is easy to operate and requires only minimum maintenance.
